I am a practitioner of education and organizational transformation centered on 'knowledge creation and practical wisdom circulation.' After founding KIKAGAKU Inc., an AI human resource development company in 2017, I faced structural challenges in deepening expertise while maintaining cross-departmental collaboration through technical education. From this experience, I became convinced that the quality of dialogue is a fundamental factor influencing an organization's intellectual productivity and creativity.

Surprisingly large amounts of knowledge and ideas remain 'dormant' within organizations. This is not merely a 'lack of communication,' but more fundamentally a 'knowledge circulation disorder.' At Wadan, Inc., founded in 2024, we aim to create a state where knowledge freely circulates within organizations by simultaneously intervening in three structural factors: cognitive structure, power structure, and system structure.

My specialty in artificial intelligence technology serves as an important catalyst for promoting this circulation of knowledge. Based on the philosophy that technology should support, not replace, deep dialogue and knowledge circulation between humans, I am exploring a new world of organizational transformation through collaboration between technology and humans.
